Comparing two jaw surgeries for severe underbite
This trial compares two surgical techniques to fix a severe underbite caused by a small lower jaw. One method uses a special cut in the jawbone and a piece of hip bone to lengthen it, while the other uses a different jawbone cut to move the jaw forward.
