Who can take part
- Your bite is off because your lower jaw is too far back or your upper jaw is too far forward.
- Your upper front teeth stick out at least 6 mm over your lower front teeth.
- You are a teenager or pre-teen still in your growth spurt (around ages 10–16 for girls, 12–18 for boys).
- Your lower teeth are not very crowded.
- You have not had braces or other orthodontic treatment before.
