Pembrolizumab and Odetiglucan for Liver-Dominant Colorectal Cancer
This study tests a combination of two drugs, pembrolizumab and odetiglucan, in people whose colorectal cancer has spread mainly to the liver and has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or slow the growth of liver tumors.
