Maintenance obinutuzumab for central nervous system lymphoma
This trial tests whether a maintenance drug called obinutuzumab can help prevent relapse in people with primary central nervous system lymphoma (a rare lymphoma in the brain or spine) who have already responded to initial chemotherapy. It is for those who have achieved at least a partial or complete response to their first treatment.

Bladder cancer study testing a new drug combination before surgery
This trial is testing a combination of two drugs (disitamab vedotin and toripalimab) for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer that has not spread. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor before surgery. You may qualify if your tumor has a certain level of a protein called HER2.
