Testing treatments for metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer
This trial tests two newer treatments—targeted radiation (SABR) or a special radioactive drug (Lu-177 PSMA-617)—added to standard hormone therapy for men with prostate cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if these additional treatments help control the cancer better.

Sentinel lymph node mapping to reduce leg swelling after surgery
This study tests whether a special way of finding lymph nodes during hysterectomy can lower the risk of long-term leg swelling or related dysfunction in people with stage I endometrial cancer. It compares standard lymph node assessment with sentinel lymph node mapping and looks at how this affects day-to-day leg functioning.
