  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (confirmed by scans like CT, MRI, or PET)
  • You are starting or planning to start long-term hormone therapy (for at least 2 years)
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) or any health issues are related to the cancer
