Long-Term Study of Castor and Cratos Stents for Aortic Arch Repair
This study tracks how well two types of stents (Castor and Cratos) work for people who have had a repair of the main artery in the chest (the aortic arch). If you already received one of these stents during your procedure, the study will follow your recovery and any future aortic events.

Testing a new graft for thoracic aorta problems
This early feasibility study tests a new branched stent graft (MBA device) designed to treat problems in the upper part of the aorta (the main artery from your heart) that involve branches going to your arms and head. The device may help patients who are considered too risky for traditional surgery.

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials for penetrating aortic ulcers (paus)?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 2 recruiting penetrating aortic ulcers (paus) studies from the U.S. registry, each rewritten for real people, not researchers, so you can see what it’s testing and who it’s for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a penetrating aortic ulcers (paus) trial?
- Each study lists its eligibility criteria — rules about age, diagnosis, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in words written for real people and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Does it cost anything to join a penetrating aortic ulcers (paus) trial?
- Using Clin2 is always free. Many trials cover the cost of the study treatment and related visits; some reimburse travel. The study team explains exactly what’s covered before you decide.
