Stopping blood thinners with a left-atrial device in bleeding risk
This trial studies whether it’s safe to temporarily stop blood-thinning medicine in people with long-term atrial fibrillation who have bleeding from a radiation-damaged bladder. It uses a procedure with a device placed in the left atrium to help lower stroke risk while reducing bleeding risk.

Pentosan for bladder irritation after pelvic radiation
This trial studies whether pentosan polysulfate sodium can reduce bladder bleeding (hematuria) and urinary symptoms caused by radiation cystitis after pelvic cancer radiation. It may help people who are still having these bladder problems more than 6 months after radiation.
