Who can take part
- You can sign consent and agree to follow study rules
- You are age 20 or older
- You had cancer radiation to the pelvic area, and it ended more than 6 months ago
- You currently have radiation cystitis with lower urinary symptoms or blood in the urine
- Blood tests must be reasonably normal for liver, kidneys, and blood clotting, and your platelets must be at least 100,000
- No pregnancy, breastfeeding, or planned pregnancy during the study
