Comparing two ways to fix a rectocele through the anus or vagina
This trial tests if fixing an anterior rectocele through the anus works just as well as through the vagina. It’s for women who have trouble with bowel movements because of a rectocele that is at least 3 cm and hasn’t gotten better with changes in diet or lifestyle.

Non-surgical treatment for constipation-related prolapse in women
This study tests whether a non-surgical (“conservative”) approach can improve constipation-related bowel problems in women who have a mild-to-moderate rectal bulge from pelvic organ prolapse. It may help by addressing how the rectum and pelvic floor work during bowel movements.
