This Phase 2 trial studies whether a combination of medicines (including ONC201/related study drugs) can better treat diffuse midline gliomas, a type of brain/spinal cord tumor that often affects the midline. You may qualify if your tumor diagnosis is confirmed and your treatment timing (before radiation, after radiation, or at recurrence) matches one of the study groups.
