Who can take part
- Have a diffuse midline glioma (DMG) confirmed by scan and/or pathology, including spinal cord tumors
- Your age must be 2 to 39 years (depending on study group)
- Be in the right treatment time window (newly diagnosed, finished radiation 4–14 weeks ago, or tumor is progressing after prior radiation)
- If required for your group, have tumor tissue tested for specific DMG subtypes (for example H3K27-altered/MON mutant types)
