Who can take part
- You must be between 3 and 39 years old.
- You must have one of these tumor types: recurrent medulloblastoma, newly diagnosed high-grade glioma, or newly diagnosed DIPG.
- You must have already received standard treatment (like radiation) for your tumor, unless you are under 4 years old with medulloblastoma.
- Your tumor must be visible on an MRI scan.
- You need to have adequate organ function (liver, kidney, bone marrow) and be free from serious infections or major heart, lung, or kidney problems.
