This trial tests whether a medicine called 4-aminopyridine (4AP) can help recover or protect erectile function after “nerve-sparing” prostate surgery. It’s for men with early-stage, non-spread prostate cancer who are scheduled for robotic prostate surgery and have good baseline erections.
