Who can take part
- Current cocaine use disorder diagnosis and use of at least 1g per month in the last 3 months
- Willing to stop using cocaine for at least 72 hours before each study visit
- Age 20–50 and fluent in German
- No severe neurological conditions, head injuries, seizures, or heart rhythm problems
- No other serious substance use disorder (other than cocaine) or daily cannabis use in the past 3 months
- Not pregnant, not taking certain psychiatric medications or heart medications, and no strong nicotine dependence
