A new drug with fulvestrant for HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer
This trial tests a new investigational drug called BEBT-209 combined with fulvestrant (a hormone therapy) versus placebo with fulvestrant for people with a type of breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative. It is for those whose cancer has worsened after previous hormone therapy and has spread locally or to other parts of the body.

BEBT-209 Plus Chemotherapy for Triple-Negative Breast Cancer
This study tests a new drug called BEBT-209 combined with chemotherapy (carboplatin and gemcitabine) in women with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if this combination can slow or stop cancer growth better than standard treatments.
