Who can take part
- You must be a woman 18 or older, and either postmenopausal or willing to take a drug to suppress ovarian function.
- Your breast cancer must be HR+ (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-negative, confirmed by a recent biopsy.
- Your cancer must have grown during or within 12 months of finishing hormone therapy, or within 1 month of starting hormone therapy for advanced disease.
- You may have had up to one chemotherapy for advanced cancer, but no previous treatment with fulvestrant, everolimus, or CDK4/6 inhibitors.
- You must be in good general health, with adequate blood cell counts, kidney and liver function, and no uncontrolled heart conditions.
