Pain relief medication added to shoulder surgery nerve block
This trial tests whether adding a medication called dexmedetomidine to a numbing injection around shoulder nerves can improve pain control after laparoscopic shoulder surgery. The goal is to see if this combination works better than the numbing medication alone.
