This study tests whether a combination of two medicines, dexmedetomidine and esketamine, can help improve sleep problems after major non-heart surgery. You may be eligible if you are having planned surgery lasting at least one hour and will use a pain pump after surgery.

Medicines for catheter discomfort after bladder or prostate surgery
This study tests whether two medicines, dexmedetomidine and esketamine, can reduce discomfort from a urinary catheter after bladder or prostate surgery. If you are having this type of surgery and need a catheter, this trial may help find a better way to manage that discomfort.
