Drug combo study for better sleep after major surgery
This study tests whether a combination of two medicines, dexmedetomidine and esketamine, can help improve sleep problems after major non-heart surgery. You may be eligible if you are having planned surgery lasting at least one hour and will use a pain pump after surgery.

Medicine for pain after surgery in sleep apnea patients
This trial tests a combination of two medicines (dexmedetomidine and esketamine) given in small doses to help with pain after surgery. It is for people who have sleep apnea or are at risk for it, and who are having chest or belly surgery with a scope.
