This study looks at how the liver's mitochondria (the energy powerhouses of cells) work in people with fatty liver disease. Participants will have an MRI scan and receive a small amount of fat solution through an IV to see how the liver processes fat.

This Phase 1 study tests whether certain genes linked to nicotine receptors affect how people feel and respond to alcohol.
