Ascorbic acid plus immunotherapy for spread colorectal cancer
This trial tests whether intravenous vitamin C (ascorbic acid) combined with an immune treatment (adebrelimab) can slow or shrink metastatic colorectal cancer that can’t be removed with surgery. It focuses on tumors that strongly show a specific marker called GLUT3, and aims to see if the combination works better than standard approaches.
