Who can take part
- Be 18 to 75 years old and have colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen (peritoneum) and cannot be removed by surgery
- Have biopsy-confirmed colorectal cancer and tumor tissue showing strong GLUT3 marker staining (not low or moderate)
- Have at least one measurable area of cancer, and be active enough for treatment (ECOG score 0 to 1)
- Have blood counts in safe ranges (ANC ≥ 1,500; hemoglobin > 8 g/dL; platelets ≥ 100,000)
- Your kidneys and liver tests must be acceptable for treatment (creatinine within limits or kidney clearance > 50 mL/min; certain AST/ALT and bilirubin limits)
