Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophageal cancer that is MSI-H/dMMR and HER2-negative, with PD-L1 CPS score of 5 or more.
- You have not had chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic disease, though prior chemo before surgery (adjuvant/neoadjuvant) is okay if it was more than 6 months ago.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1) and have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on a CT scan.
- You have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell function, and you are willing to undergo a fresh tumor biopsy if needed.
- You agree to use effective contraception if you could become pregnant or father a child during and after the trial.
