Henagliflozin for blood sugar stability and immune aging in diabetes
This study tests a new diabetes pill called henagliflozin to see if it helps smooth out blood sugar ups and downs and may also slow aging of the immune system in people with type 2 diabetes who are already on insulin. It is for adults aged 50–70 whose blood sugar is still high despite insulin therapy.
