Salt, kidneys, and ertugliflozin in type 2 diabetes
This study tests if changing how much salt you eat affects how the drug ertugliflozin works in people with type 2 diabetes. You would take either the drug or a placebo (a dummy pill) for a short time while following a low- or high-salt diet, to see how your kidneys and blood vessels respond.

Ertugliflozin for chronic heart failure with added urine testing
This Phase 2 trial studies whether the medication ertugliflozin can help people with chronic heart failure. You would be asked to follow a set treatment plan and complete repeated urine (and other) testing to see how your body responds.

Testing erugliflozin for fatty liver and diabetes control
This trial studies whether erugliflozin can reduce liver fat and liver scarring (fibrosis) while also improving blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes and fatty liver disease (NASH/NAFLD). It’s designed for people who haven’t used certain diabetes medicines like SGLT2 inhibitors or insulin before.
