- NCT06846437RecruitingPhase 3
New drug JSKN003 vs. Kadcyla for HER2-positive advanced breast cancer
This trial compares a new targeted therapy (JSKN003) against Kadcyla (T-DM1) for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has advanced or spread. Both drugs work by attaching a chemotherapy directly to HER2-positive cancer cells, and the study aims to see if the new drug works better or has fewer side effects.
ShanghaiAges 18 years+ - NCT06079983RecruitingPhase 3
JSKN003 vs. doctor's choice for HER2-low breast cancer
This trial compares a new experimental drug, JSKN003, to standard treatments chosen by your doctor for advanced breast cancer that tests as HER2-low (IHC 1+ or 2+ but not amplified). It's for people whose cancer has spread or can't be removed and who have already had one or two lines of chemotherapy.

Neoadjuvant treatment study for certain breast cancers
This Phase 2 study tests a “precision platform” approach—treatment before surgery—based on specific test results from your breast tumor. It may help determine whether the treatment plan works better for people with particular breast cancer subtypes and healthy organ function.

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials studying JSKN003?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 3 recruiting studies that include JSKN003, drawn from the U.S. registry and rewritten for real people so you can see what each is testing and who it's for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a JSKN003 trial?
- Each study lists its own eligibility criteria — rules about condition, age, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in plain language and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Is JSKN003 an approved treatment?
- A drug being studied in a trial may be investigational (still being tested) or already approved and being studied for a new use. Each study page explains what phase it's in. Clin2 does not provide medical advice — talk with your doctor about whether JSKN003 or a specific trial is right for you.
