Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your cancer is HER2-positive (tested with a biopsy score of 3+ or 2+ with a positive FISH test).
  • You have already been treated with trastuzumab (Herceptin or a biosimilar) or inetetamab, and your cancer progressed or came back during or within 12 months after treatment.
  • You have been treated with a taxane chemotherapy (like paclitaxel or docetaxel).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor outside the brain that can be seen on scans like CT or MRI.
