Ketotifen to help prevent nerve damage from oxaliplatin
This trial tests whether ketotifen can protect against nerve damage (called peripheral neuropathy) caused by oxaliplatin, a common chemotherapy used for stage III colon cancer. If it works, it may help reduce tingling, numbness, or burning pain in the hands and feet.

Ketotifen Cream for Vulvar Pain
This trial tests a topical cream called ketotifen for treating a type of vulvar pain (secondary provoked vestibulodynia). The cream may help reduce pain at the vaginal opening, and you would apply it daily for several months.

Ketotifen for kids with stomach pain and duodenal eosinophilia
This study tests whether ketotifen can improve long-lasting stomach pain in children whose biopsies show high levels of a certain immune cell type in the small intestine. It may help if standard stomach-acid medicines and montelukast did not work well enough.
