Maraviroc plus stroke rehab to improve recovery
This study tests whether maraviroc (or a placebo) given soon after an ischemic stroke can improve how well people recover with inpatient rehabilitation. It may help some stroke survivors regain arm and/or leg function faster with the usual rehab therapies.

Trial to reduce HIV reservoirs aiming for treatment-free remission
This study tests whether a combination approach, including a drug called nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3) and other strategies, can reduce the hidden HIV reservoir enough to allow a temporary pause in antiretroviral therapy without the virus rebounding. It is for people who have well-controlled HIV and strong immune systems.
