Optimizing MDMA therapy dose for PTSD in veterans

This Phase 2 trial tests whether therapy assisted by MDMA can reduce symptoms of moderate to severe post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in eligible veterans. It includes supervised therapy sessions and extra study visits with video recording to track changes over time.
