This trial tests if adding mecobalamin (a form of vitamin B12) to standard anti-VEGF eye injections helps people with vision loss caused by a blocked vein in the retina. You must have swelling in the back of the eye and have had no prior treatments for this condition.

Electroacupuncture for Shingles Pain Relief
This study tests whether electroacupuncture (a form of acupuncture with mild electrical stimulation) can reduce pain from shingles (herpes zoster), a viral infection that causes painful skin rashes. Researchers will also measure certain markers in your blood to understand how the treatment works.
