This trial tests whether a chemotherapy drug placed directly into the bladder (chemoablation) works as well as surgery followed by chemotherapy for people whose low-grade bladder tumors have come back. It aims to find a less invasive option that still controls the cancer.

This trial tests a combination of two chemotherapy drugs, gemcitabine and mitomycin, given directly into the kidney or ureter through a thin tube. It is for people with a high-risk but non-invasive form of upper urinary tract cancer that has not spread into deeper tissues.

Shorter radiation for bladder cancer with chemo

This trial tests a new way to give chemotherapy by spraying it into the belly during a minimally invasive surgery. It is for people whose colon or rectal cancer has spread inside the belly (peritoneal metastasis) but not to other organs.
