This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy with nelarabine in people with T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. It may help by improving remission in newly diagnosed or certain previously treated patients whose disease did not respond after one initial treatment.

Adding dasatinib or venetoclax for children with T-cell leukemia or lymphoma
This trial tests whether adding either dasatinib or venetoclax to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for children aged 1 to 18 with newly diagnosed T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphoblastic lymphoma, or mixed phenotype acute leukemia. It compares the effects of these added drugs to help doctors find better treatment options.

Study of capivasertib, venetoclax, and low-intensity chemo for ALL/LBL
This trial tests a combination of targeted drugs (capivasertib and venetoclax) with a gentle form of chemotherapy for adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) or lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) that has come back or has not responded to previous treatment.
