Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older (or 40 years or older if you have not had any prior treatment).
- You must have a type of ALL or LBL that has come back after treatment or did not respond to treatment, or you are newly diagnosed and 40 years or older.
- You must be well enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, etc.) must be working well enough.
- You cannot have certain types of leukemia (like Ph-positive ALL or Burkitt leukemia/lymphoma).
- You must avoid grapefruit, Seville oranges, and star fruit for 3 days before starting venetoclax, and avoid certain medications that affect the same liver enzyme.
