Nicardipine via spine tube for brain blood vessel spasm
This trial tests whether giving a medicine called nicardipine through a tube in the spine (intrathecal) helps prevent or treat blood vessel tightening that can happen after a brain aneurysm rupture. It is for people who have had a specific type of brain bleed and show signs of vessel spasm.

Nicardipine to quickly lower blood pressure in brain bleed
This study tests whether a blood pressure medication called nicardipine can quickly and safely lower blood pressure in people who have a brain bleed (intracerebral hemorrhage) and are seen at the hospital within 6 hours of symptoms starting. The goal is to improve outcomes by bringing blood pressure down fast.
