This trial tests whether adding a new drug called relatlimab to the usual immunotherapy (nivolumab) helps people with nasopharyngeal cancer that has returned or spread. You will get standard chemotherapy plus nivolumab first, then if it works, you may be randomly assigned to get nivolumab alone or with relatlimab.
