Who can take part
- You had surgery to remove your bladder, kidney, and/or ureter for urothelial cancer (a type of bladder/kidney cancer) within the past 3–16 weeks.
- Your cancer was at high risk of coming back, based on the stage found after surgery and whether you had chemotherapy before surgery.
- You have a blood test result (Signatera) that shows whether tumor DNA is present in your blood, or you are willing to have this test done.
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0–2) and your kidney, liver, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease or history of certain immune-related side effects that would make immunotherapy unsafe.
- You have not had other cancer treatments (like radiation or chemotherapy) after surgery, and you are not pregnant or nursing.
