Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign consent
- Your colon (or rectosigmoid) cancer has not spread to distant organs (no metastases on CT scan and exam)
- You have colon cancer that is adenocarcinoma, and your tumor type fits the study’s groups (dMMR or MSS with specific limits)
- You must be able to get study-specific biopsies from a colonoscopy after enrollment
- You have good day-to-day functioning (WHO performance status 0 or 1)
- You have not had immune drugs that target CTLA-4, PD-1, or PD-L1 before
