Long-term Safety Study of Pelacarsen Treatment
This study follows patients who completed an earlier pelacarsen trial to check if the treatment remains safe and well-tolerated over time. Pelacarsen is an experimental medicine being tested for heart and cholesterol health.

Drug study to slow hardening of aortic valve disease
This Phase 2 trial tests pelacarsen (TQJ230), a medication that lowers a blood fat called lipoprotein(a), to see if it slows progression of calcific aortic valve stenosis. It may help people whose valve narrowing is starting to become more severe, especially when their lipoprotein(a) level is high.

Testing pelacarsen for high Lp(a) in heart disease patients
This trial tests a new medicine called pelacarsen for people with very high Lp(a) (a type of cholesterol) and existing heart or blood vessel disease. It aims to see if adding pelacarsen to your current cholesterol treatment can lower your Lp(a) levels further.
