Pidnarulex plus cemiplimab for MSS colorectal cancer
This trial tests two drugs together: pidnarulex (a targeted therapy) and cemiplimab (an immunotherapy that helps your immune system fight cancer). It is for people with advanced colorectal cancer that is microsatellite stable (MSS) and has not responded to current treatments, especially if their tumor has a MYC or FBXW7 change.

Testing a new combination of cancer drugs for HER2-positive tumors and breast cancer
This trial tests the safety of combining two drugs, CX-5461 (Pidnarulex) and Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd), in people with HER2-positive solid tumors or certain types of breast cancer. If you have advanced cancer that hasn't responded to other treatments, this study may be an option.
