Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a type of cancer that is HER2-positive or a specific HER2-low breast cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
- You must have had at least one previous type of chemotherapy.
- Your overall health status should be fairly good (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your kidney and liver function need to be within certain limits, and your heart function must be normal (ejection fraction at least 50%).
- You cannot have had certain lung conditions or recent radiation to the chest area.
