Who can take part

  • You must have a type of lymphoma called double-expressor lymphoma, high-grade B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6 changes, or Burkitt lymphoma.
  • You have tried at least two prior treatments for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, or at least one prior treatment for Burkitt lymphoma, and no standard treatments are effective.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 2 or less).
  • Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within certain limits.
  • You agree to use effective contraception during and for 6 months after the study, if applicable.
  • You are willing to provide blood and tissue samples for research.
