- NCT07409428RecruitingPhase 3
Study of HMPL-760 plus R-GemOx for relapsed or refractory DLBCL
This trial tests an experimental drug called HMPL-760 combined with a standard chemo-immunotherapy regimen (R-GemOx) for people whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) has come back or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to see if adding HMPL-760 works better than the standard approach alone.

Study of SHR-A1912 plus chemotherapy for DLBCL
This trial tests a new drug, SHR-A1912, combined with standard chemotherapy (R-GemOx) for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that has returned or not improved after at least one prior treatment. It aims to see if the combination works better than chemotherapy alone.

DZD8586 combo therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

BeijingAges 18 years+ - NCT07365306RecruitingPhase 2
Epcoritamab with chemo before stem cell transplant for DLBCL
This trial tests a combination of drugs — epcoritamab, rituximab, gemcitabine, and oxaliplatin — as a ‘salvage’ therapy for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to initial treatment. The goal is to shrink the lymphoma enough so you can go on to a stem cell transplant using your own cells.

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials studying R-GemOx?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 4 recruiting studies that include R-GemOx, drawn from the U.S. registry and rewritten for real people so you can see what each is testing and who it's for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a R-GemOx trial?
- Each study lists its own eligibility criteria — rules about condition, age, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in plain language and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Is R-GemOx an approved treatment?
- A drug being studied in a trial may be investigational (still being tested) or already approved and being studied for a new use. Each study page explains what phase it's in. Clin2 does not provide medical advice — talk with your doctor about whether R-GemOx or a specific trial is right for you.
