Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
- If you are newly diagnosed (Cohort 1), your disease must be stage II to IV and your life expectancy at least 12 months.
- If you have had one prior treatment (Cohort 2 or 3), your cancer must have returned or not responded, and your life expectancy at least 6 months.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2 (meaning you are up and about at least half the day).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT, MRI, or PET scan.
- You cannot have had certain prior treatments (like stem cell transplant, radiation, or certain drugs) within specific time frames before starting the study.
