Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be able to walk and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 to 2).
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of DLBCL that has returned or not responded to prior treatment.
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You cannot have lymphoma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord (central nervous system).
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you cannot have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or other serious infections or bleeding problems.
