Relacorilant plus chemo for metastatic pancreatic cancer
This trial tests adding a drug called relacorilant to standard chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine) for people with pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal is to see if this combination works better than chemo alone.

Enzalutamide plus relacorilant versus placebo for high-risk prostate cancer
This study tests whether adding relacorilant to enzalutamide (a hormone-blocking treatment) helps control high-risk localized prostate cancer better than enzalutamide plus a dummy pill. It may help prevent the cancer from growing or spreading by targeting a hormone pathway in addition to standard treatment.
