Who can take part

  • You have confirmed prostate cancer that is not the rare “small cell” type
  • Your cancer is localized (treatable with surgery) and scans show no spread to distant organs or bones (enlarged lymph nodes may be allowed)
  • Your prostate cancer is high or very high risk (for example, PSA over 20, or grade group 4–5, or stage T3a or higher)
  • You must have adequate blood counts, liver tests, and kidney function from bloodwork
  • You need to be well enough for treatment (performance status 0–1) and able to sign consent
  • You must not currently be on prostate cancer hormone therapy and must avoid certain medicine interactions
