Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has spread to other parts of the body within the last 9 weeks.
- You have not had chemotherapy for metastatic pancreatic cancer (a single targeted therapy is allowed).
- You are able to swallow pills and do not have uncontrolled vomiting.
- Your overall health is good enough that you can perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have a known BRCA gene mutation, active hepatitis B/C, or HIV.
- You agree to use effective birth control and are not pregnant.
