Study of setidegrasib with chemo for pancreatic cancer
This trial tests a new drug called setidegrasib, given with two types of chemotherapy (mFOLFIRINOX or NALIRIFOX), for people whose pancreatic cancer has spread and has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The goal is to see if adding setidegrasib helps control the cancer better than chemo alone.
