Who can take part
- You must have advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer with a specific mutation called KRAS G12D.
- Your cancer must have gotten worse after at least one prior treatment that included platinum chemo and an immunotherapy drug (like Keytruda or Opdivo).
- You must be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You cannot have had treatment with docetaxel or any KRAS-targeting drug before.
- You cannot have untreated or growing brain metastases.
